Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee of 25% of the scheduled service price.

For a first late cancellation, the fee may be waived as a courtesy.

No-shows may be charged 50% of the scheduled service price.

Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment to avoid delaying the next client.

Deposits may be transferred once to a rescheduled appointment when reasonable notice is provided.
